I confirm that I have and agree to the Personal Data (Privacy) Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) of Sino Group.

I agree Sino Real Estate Agency Limited to use and transfer or provide to companies within Sino Group for using my personal data for direct marketing.

1. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that I have notified the Referee(s) in writing that:

a) I will provide the referee's name(s) and contact number(s) and/or email(s) to Sino Group for the purpose of enabling Sino Group to introduce Sino Group's office properties and handle the office leasing application procedures and the related matters to the referee(s);

b) I understand that I should not provide the referee's personal data to Sino Group unless I have received the referee's written consent; and

2. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that I have obtained consent from the referee(s) on my provision of the referee's name(s) and contact number(s) and/or email(s) to Sino Group for the purpose of enabling Sino Group to introduce Sino Group's office properties and handle the office leasing application procedures and the related matters to the referee(s);

3. I have also provided the means/ channels to the referee(s) through which the referee(s) may communicate their consent at no charge to my intended provision of their personal data to Sino Group.

4. I hereby warrant, guarantee and confirm that all the details, particulars and information to be furnished by me especially with respect to the referee(s) including their personal data shall be given and deemed to be provided and given by me with the consent of (which said consent has been obtained from) the referee(s) who has/have been explicitly informed by me as to the purpose of the collection and transfer of the personal data herein for performing the tasks under the context herein specified. I hereby further warrant, guarantee and confirm that the referee(s) has/have been expressly informed of the purpose for the collection of the personal data and that the disclosure and transfer of the personal data of the referee(s) by me shall in all respects be valid, lawful and binding on the referee(s).
